We take great pride in the relationships we build with our landowners. We realize without them maintaining profitability and growth would be virtually impossible. You can expect that guarantees made in our rent contracts are always kept and payments are made on time every time. We feel that we are good stewards of the land and we treat every acre as if it was our own. We offer competitive rents depending on the lands location and soil fertility.

If you are an existing farmer wanting to retire and rent your land but are still interested in seasonal work, there are a variety of seasonal positions available every year that may fit your interest. If you have an existing line of machinery, we may be able to work out a purchase agreement for that as well.

Schieffert Farms Tiling Program

We understand that proper drainage increases productivity as well as adds value to farmland. If there is a need for additional tile in our landowners fields we will share in the costs of the tiling project in exchange for a longer term rent contract. Schieffert Farms and the landowner must agree on any additional tiling needs as well as how it will impact the rent contract.
